With a passionate commitment to empowering women and preserving the cultural heritage of Samoa, our founder Segaula embarked on a journey that has transformed lives and communities.

Segaula's vision was fueled by a deep-seated belief in the transformative power of traditional weaving skills. Recognizing the immense potential for economic empowerment, she dedicated herself to nurturing and developing the talents of Samoan women weavers. Over the course of two years, Segaula worked tirelessly alongside local teams, particularly in Savaii and Aufaga, to establish weaving groups and foster a spirit of creativity and entrepreneurship.

Driven by a commitment to excellence and a desire to create sustainable livelihoods for weavers, Segaula's efforts have borne fruit. Recognizing her invaluable contributions, the community of Aufaga bestowed upon her the esteemed title of Matai with the name Leaolupesina, symbolizing her leadership and dedication.
