Tevita Monitiveti Liuaki
Monitiveti Liuaki of Tongoleleka, Haapai brings a wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to his role as a Strategic Advisor. His role is to collaborate with the CEO and Board of Trustees to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company's mission, vision and goals. With a distinguished career as a Chief Production Officer and Branch Manager at the Tonga Water Board for 17 years, Monitiveti seamlessly transitioned to prominent management positions within the government sector, showcasing his versatile leadership skills and deep commitment to public service. Driven by an insatiable desire for success, Monitiveti is resolute in pursuing goals that illuminate and benefit God's people. His strategic acumen and steadfast determination makes him an indispensable asset to our company, guiding us towards a prosperous and enlightened future.

Losaline Liuaki Taukeiaho
Losaline Liuaki Taukeiáho joins our organization as the Chief Operations Officer, a role created to meet the demands of our rapidly growing company. Known for her exceptional multitasking abilities and efficiency in completing projects within tight deadlines, Losaline brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is taking on the pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our operational functions. She is also managing the finance department ensuring financial efficiency and compliance as well as dealing with the customers directly. Her Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, combined with her proven track record of success, makes her an ideal fit for this critical position.

Felise Naufahu
As Leaolupesina Samoa transitions to a more diverse level within the commercial sector, we are fortunate to appoint Mr. Felise Naufahu as our new Consultant Lead and Communication Manager. Mr. Naufahu brings a wealth of experience from the educational and health sectors, where he has excelled in developing policies and implementing effective frameworks. With superb communication skills and two degrees in Education and Coaching Mentor via Social Services, his expertise in strategy development and policy writing will be invaluable as we elevate our operations to meet new challenges.

SERVICE MANAGER
Falesaopule Vaialia Iosua
Falesaopule Vaialia Iosua, known as Vaialia from the island of Savai'i brings a wealth of experience to the role of Service Manager, having dedicated 20 years to the Samoan government, particularly in the areas of education, health, women, social development and politics. His extensive work with the Ministry of Women in Samoa has seen the development of numerous projects focused on empowering women. Currently, Vaialia serves on the Board of Trustees for the Samoa Housing Corporation, further showcasing his leadership and management prowess.

Vaialia joins our team with a Bachelor's Degree and Post-Graduate Diploma in Development Studies and a Master of Arts, Human Rights and Democratization which will be instrumental in linking the organization with key projects aimed at workforce development. His exceptional social skills and professionalism shine through in all forms of communication and at every level of interaction. As a Spokesperson and a Matai for the Savaii District, Vaialia is a fast thinker and highly creative, consistently achieving success in his endeavors. Vaialia's presence is set to significantly enhance our team’s capabilities and drive our mission forward.

He will demonstrate how maintaining a healthy environment can enhance productivity and overall well-being. Bella Liuaki has been appointed as the Service Coordinator, a crucial new role created as our company transitions to a new commercial level. Bella brings an exceptionally active personality and full potential in community engagement to this position. She is renowned for her vibrant and effective connections with women, making her a perfect fit for this role.

In her capacity as a Service Coordinator, Bella will manage and coordinate training sessions for our weavers, ensuring they meet the company's high standards. Her responsibilities include weekly interactions with weavers, providing guidance, and assessing their work to demonstrate and maintain our standards. Bella's ability to engage and connect with weavers across Samoa, combined with her energetic and joyful approach, ensures she will excel in supporting our weavers and fostering a productive and positive working environment.
