COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE FORM

3. Sales and Purchase Agreement:

• Upon receiving your form, we will send you a copy of the sales and purchase agreement via email.

• Follow the instructions provided in the email carefully.

4. Sign and Return the Contract:

• Sign the contract as indicated.

• Return the signed contract to us along with a copy of your ID and proof of address by the 1st June 2024.

5. Secure Your Order with a Deposit:

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your order. Please make the payment in your local currency.
• Use your name and phone number as the reference for the deposit.

ORDER APPROVAL & COMPLETION

1. Receive Approval Notification:

• Once we receive your deposit and all required documents, we will review your submission.

• You will receive an email informing you whether your order has been approved or rejected.

2. Approved Orders:

• If your order is approved, return to our website and click on the SHOP section.

• Complete your purchase by adding the desired items to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout.

• 3. Order Confirmation:

• After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

• This email will include the bank account details for your monthly payments.

4. Payment Schedule:

• Monthly payments will be due from June 12, 2024, to November 12, 2025.

• All approved orders will be forwarded to our team in Samoa.

• Our team will allocate orders to various falelalanga  (weaving houses) on the islands of Upolu and Savaii.

• Skilled weavers will begin the weaving process as per your order specifications.

CONFIRMING SHIPPING DETAILS
